One Square Meter Initiative

The One Square Meter Initiative is a Leisure Court project, built to solve a simple problem: full plots are priced out of reach for a lot of people who could otherwise be building equity in land right now. Instead of requiring the full price upfront, we let you buy in by the square meter — starting at 5 sqm — and add to your holding whenever you're ready.

Every purchase is recorded permanently at the price you paid. As infrastructure — roads, drainage, and further development — goes into a plot, the price per square meter rises for new buyers, but never retroactively for sqm you already own. Buy once at ₦40,000/sqm, and that portion stays yours at that price even after the rate moves to ₦55,000 or higher.

Sign up once and your dashboard shows exactly what you own, and at what price — visible only to you. If your plans change, you can request to sell back your square meters at the current rate.
